Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage project research, req’t analysis, initiation & lifecycle; form teams.
  2. Develop plans/schedules, monitor execution, oversee delivery.
  3. Prepare reports (req’t, timeline, cost, quality); coordinate resources to resolve implementation issues.
  4. Manage teams, evaluate performance, allocate bonuses; ensure project success/QCD.
  5. Gather market/customer/industry data for strategy; complete ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s+/Master’s/overseas exp pref (automation, electronics, CS).
  2. 3+ yrs R&D/mfg mgmt (mech/electronics) + 3+ yrs project/team mgmt.
  3. NEV/next-gen IT/AI exp pref; fluent English.
  4. Proficient in office/project tools (technical software a plus); able to draft/present technical proposals.
  5. PMP/NPDP pref; strong communication/logic/execution; pressure tolerance, willingness to travel; responsible, team-oriented.

Sales Director – Automation Equipment & Enterprise Growth 

 Location: Santa Clara, CA 

 Full-time | On-site 

 $150K+ base + commission + RSUs/stock options 

Reports to: CEO

Angstrom Global Inc. hiring a Sales Director to lead our U.S. sales strategy and team. This senior role drives enterprise engagement with global innovators in consumer electronics and AI, delivering scalable automation solutions across manufacturing and logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Set and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals 

• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team 

• Own enterprise relationships and major deal pipelines 

• Guide pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and cross-functional execution 

• Represent Tcadu at executive meetings, events, and partnerships

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA or technical Master’s a plus) 

• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales and leadership roles 

• Experience in industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, or related sectors 

• Proven track record of closing 7- to 8-figure deals 

• Strong leadership, strategy, and client engagement capabilities
