$150K+ base + commission + RSUs/stock options

Angstrom Global Inc. hiring a Sales Director to lead our U.S. sales strategy and team. This senior role drives enterprise engagement with global innovators in consumer electronics and AI, delivering scalable automation solutions across manufacturing and logistics.
What You’ll Do
• Set and execute sales strategy aligned with company goals
• Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
• Own enterprise relationships and major deal pipelines
• Guide pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and cross-functional execution
• Represent Tcadu at executive meetings, events, and partnerships
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA or technical Master’s a plus)
• 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales and leadership roles
• Experience in industrial automation, advanced manufacturing, or related sectors
• Proven track record of closing 7- to 8-figure deals
• Strong leadership, strategy, and client engagement capabilities

Requirements: Bachelor’s+/top-tier uni (Engineering/technical pref); 3+ yrs industrial automation/capital equipment/B2B sales exp; robotics/factory automation/intelligent warehousing familiarity; strong interpersonal/negotiation skills; fluent English.
